Program description

matchü's SMS program sends account authentication codes only — one-time passcodes (OTP), login verification codes, and identity verification codes — to users who opt in by providing a mobile number during sign-up or login. matchü does not send marketing, promotional, match notifications, date scheduling, or any other non-authentication messages via SMS.

Message frequency

Messages are sent only when you initiate a sign-in or verification action. Typical frequency is 1–5 messages per login attempt.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.

Opt-in

By submitting your mobile number and confirming opt-in (via the explicit consent checkbox at sign-up or login), you agree to receive automated verification SMS messages from matchü. Consent is not a condition of purchase or general use of matchü beyond the SMS verification program itself.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELPfor support, or email support@matchu.dating.

Supported carriers

Supported on major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance.
